When God brings two powerful people together, the anointing and breakthroughs are multiplied. That’s just what happened when Tai Ann and Shelli began meeting together. Both had been individually coaching for years and as they talked through the issues that they were facing, they realized there was a need for practical, hands-on training for business leaders. The insights they garnered from the many businesses they’ve worked with and the wisdom and revelation they have received make the 2 -day workshop something unique.
Tai Ann McClendon
Tai Ann has a passion to bring momentum to businesses by helping them develop divine strategies and implement them with excellence.
Licensed by the ICF in coaching, Tai Ann has been an executive coach and business consultant for almost a decade. She has authored a book on identity, regularly speaks in large and small settings, and loves to help facilitate cultural change. Tai Ann has worked as chief of staff for a political campaign and has the desire to see authentic moral leaders in every atmosphere of society.
Tai Ann has been married to Paul for over two decades and they have three children. She loves current events, traveling, and being on the lake. Tai Ann is always ready for an adventure and usually found the one instigating them!
Shelli Presley
Shelli is passionate about business leaders embracing their anointing to advance the gospel on the earth and see kingdom principles invade the marketplace.
Shelli holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, has been life coaching for the last four years, and is in the last stages of obtaining her ICF certification. Shelli frequently travels internationally speaking as executive director of Leadership International, a non-profit focused on training and equipping leaders in organizations and churches. In her spare time, Shelli co-authored a freedom curriculum and is currently writing a parenting curriculum.
She and Erik have been married for over 2 decades and have five sons. Fostering maturity and success in her family and taking time to kick back in the mountains or on the lake are a few of her favorite things.
